Alice Jane Cowan, 62

Alice Jane Cowan, 62, of Columbia, Ky, died Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 6:15 A.M. at her home after an illness.

She was born September 30, 1957 in Springfield, Ill. and formerly worked as a Nurse’s Aid for Lake Cumberland Home Health.

Her father, Leonard Cowan, preceded her in death.

Survivors include; her mother Dorothy Pierce Cowan of Columbia; three daughters Machelle Young (Doug Bryant), Tracey Simpson (Mat Corbin) all of Columbia, Melissa (Bryan) Russell of Jamestown; one brother Mike Cowan of Tenn.; one sister Donna Cates of Arka.; four grandchildren Dustin, Deven, Bethany and Braylee; several other relatives and friends.

Funeral service Friday, July 31, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Clifton Cowan officiating

Burial in Bearwallow Cemetery.

Visitation after 10:00 A.M. Friday

ALL ATTENDEES TO THE VISITATION AND/OR FUNERAL ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACIAL COVERING
