Larry Russell Downey, 73

Larry Russell Downey, 73, of Columbia, Ky, died Friday, May 15, 2020 at 7:38 A.M. at his home.

He was born April 3, 1947, in Adair County, to the late Richard and Elva Rogers Downey, a member of Milltown United Methodist Church and a former truck driver.

Survivors include; his wife  Celia Miller Downey of Columbia; one daughter Daphne Judd and her husband Tim of Summersville; two sisters Connie Burress of Milltown and Karen Roy of Richmond; several other relatives and friends.

Graveside service was held on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at the Columbia Cemetery with Bro. Barney Taylor and Mark Hutchison officiating which may be viewed on his obituary at www.grissommartin.com

Burial followed the service.

The family would appreciate that a donation be made to Milltown United Methodist Church which can be left or mailed to the funeral home.
