Lolita Pilkington

Lolita Pilkington, 53, of Adair County, died Saturday, April 13, 2019 in Columbia.

She was born June 20, 1965, in Asheville, NC. and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Jerome Roberson in 2015.

Her survivors include her husband, Hardy Pilkington of Adair County; two daughters, Stephanie Pilkington of Danville and Jennifer Dudley of Adair County; two sons, James Hardy Pilkington, Jr. of Penn. and Stephen Kirk Pilkington of Adair County; her mother, Phyllis Letterman Roberson of Asheville, NC.; one sister, Keisha Lipe of Asheville, NC.; six grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.

The graveside service will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Moss Cemetery with burial to follow.

Visitation was from 12:00 P.M. until 1:15 P.M. on Wednesday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home.

The casket bearers will be Mike Bennett, Brandon Bennett, Daniel Patterson, David Lipe, Dylan Lipe, and Greg Madden.

Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
