Linda was a proud member of the Burton Ridge community. It was the only place that she ever called home. She was very fond of her farmers that she worked with, some for three generations, through the USDA. She was one that showed her love by service to others, many times wishing to do so in the background or without recognition. 4-H and working with the youth of Adair County was a passion of hers, serving on the 4-H council for many years. Gift giving was her love language. Linda was an avid reader and often gave books out to pass along the joy that reading brought her.
