David Wayne Sneed

David Wayne Sneed, 65, of Columbia, passed away at his home on October 10, 2018.

He was born March 6, 1953 in Columbia, the son of the late Duel and Earcular Parnell Sneed.

Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth (Chris) Roos, of Sweden, and Samantha Sneed (Kyle Wilson), of Elyria, Ohio; three grandchildren, Logan, Elysia, and Elinabelle Roos; one brother, Bobby Dale (Marilyn) Sneed, of Columbia; and four sisters, Barbara Franklin, of Columbia, Vickie Bryant (Kenneth), of Columbia, Patricia Haven (Mike), of Maryville, Tennessee, and Debbie Bennett (Mike), of Columbia.

Wayne attended the Shiloh Christian Church, he had served in the National Guard and was a self-employed auto body man for several years.

The funeral service will be Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. The clergy officiating will be Bro. Terry Shelley and Bro. Cody Willis.

Interment will be in the Jones Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers are Brandon Bennett, Joseph Bryant, Danny Franklin, Timmy Green, Larry Rowe, Mike Sneed, and Randy Young.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
