Alaina Kay Adams
Alaina Kay Adams, 18, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, died Friday, May 18, 2018, as the result of an automobile accident in Taylor County.
She was born January 26, 2000, in Lebanon, Kentucky, a Junior at Adair County School, where she was in the Future Christian Leaders of America, attended Church of the Harvest, singing in the praise and worship team, loved horseback riding and most of all loved God and her family.
She is survived by her parents, Mark and Angie Janes Adams, two sisters, Kayla and Danielle Adams, her maternal grandmother, Janet Absher Janes all of Campbellsville. Her paternal grandmother, Joyce Adams of Sparksville; maternal great-grandfather, James Absher of Columbia; two aunts, Schella Pittman and husband, David, of Georgetown, Amanda Gott of Springfield, Missouri; two uncles, Michael Adams of Sparksvile, and Aaron Adams of Iowa.
Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Patrick Willis and Bro. Roy Phillips officiating.
Burial followed in Tarter’s Chapel Cemetery.
Casket Bearers were Michael Adams, Aaron Adams, Lonnie Williams, Wes Stone, Larry Johnson, Brent Cundiff.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
