Jeanetta Pearl (Lawless) Chapman

Jeanetta Pearl (Lawless) Chapman, 96 years, 3 months, 7 days, of Russell Springs, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 01, 2018 at her residence.

She was a homemaker and member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Chapman was born on Wednesday, January 25, 1922, in Russell County, Kentucky. She is the daughter of the late Sam and Arizona Lawless.

She   is  survived  by  four    daughters Ann (the late David) Coe, Kathy (Daryl) Coe,  Betty Collins, and Zelda (Doug) Marcum, all of Russell Springs, Kentucky; four sons Phillip (Mary) Chapman of  Jamestown, Kentucky, Brad (Nancy) Chapman, Russell Springs, Kentucky, Chester (Marilyn) Chapman of Illiopolis, Illinois, and Leon (Diane) Chapman of Noblesville, Indiana.

She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Luther Chapman.

Visitation took place Thursday, May 03, 2018 from 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM. Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 04, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, Kentucky with Bro. Bobby Conner & Bro. Delvin Wilson officiating.

Interment followed in the Bethel Cemetery, Bethel Cemetery Church Road, Jamestown, Kentucky. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Samaritan’s Purse and may be left at the funeral home.
