Evelyn Fudge

Evelyn Fudge, age 93 years, of 921 Shady Grove Road, Hot Springs, AR, formerly of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 6:15 p.m. at her home after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Ivan and Alma Sparks Harvey of Adair County.
She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Fudge of Hot Springs, AR; one daughter, Barbara Rinke and her husband, Phil of Hot Springs Village, AR; one son, Carlos O. Fudge and his wife, Barbara Jo of New Castle, IN four grandchildren: Lleslie Wilson, Teresa Scott and husband Steve, Ricky Fudge and Jennifer Stevens and husband her husband, Kyle.
Four great grandchildren: Marci Hubbard, Megan Chapman, Bryson Reed and Kade Stevens; one great great grandchild, Adriana Cotham; a special daughter-in-law: Charlotte Ollestad of Columbia, KY; two special caregivers: Barbara Osby and Loretta Griffith; and two very very special nurses: Stacey Crowe and Amy Cogburn also survive.
Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
She was preceded in death by two grandchildren: Mike Fudge and Lisa Kay Fudge and by three brothers and one sister: Carl, Cay and Venus Harvey and Birchie England.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and worked at the Circle R Restaurant for 38 years.
Funeral service was held Monday, August 17, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. William R. Davenport and Rev. Don Watson officiating.
Interment in Haven Hill Cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Kyle Stevens, Steve Scott, Ricky Fudge, Greg Eastham, Mark Fudge and Vernon Harvey.
The honorary pallbearers: Rich Ollestad, Paul Williams, Vernon Harvey, Ashely Cotham, Sonny Harvey, Lois Hurt, Wilburn Fudge, Telsie Fudge, Danny Fudge, Charles Fudge and Carl Harvey.
