Ruth Kelsey Royse

Mrs. Ruth Kelsey Royse, age 88, of Lebanon, died Friday, August 14, 2009 at her residence. She was born March 27, 1921 in Adair County, KY.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Clyde Royse; her parents, Nathan B. and Annie S. Kelsey; three brothers: Gordon, Nathan and Samuel Kelsey; two sisters, Marorie Phelps and Francis Welch.
She is survived by one son and his wife, Dale and Judy Royse of Lebanon, KY; two grandchildren, Mark Kelsey Royse and Elizabeth Ann Royse; two step-grandchildren, Mona Green and Alice Williams.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, August 17, 2009 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Eddie Parker.
Interment in the Columbia City Cemetery.
The pallbearers were: Jimmy Richardson, Henry David Brockman, Raymond Stearman, Orville Walls and Johnny Walls.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a contribution to Hosparus of Central Kentucky or to the Marion County Historical Society.
