Georgia Ann Miller

Georgia Ann Miller, 92, formerly of the Cane Valley community, died Monday, June 8, 2009 at 10:45 p.m. at Highland Nursing and Rehab in Louisville.
She was a daughter of the late Homer and Cleo Tate Bridgewaters, the widow of Bert Miller, a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was also preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce Rose Miller.
She is survived by two daughters: Jessie Shrivers and Betty Jo Harris, both of Louisville; one son, David Lee Miller of Cane Valley, and one brother, Paul David Bridgewaters of Louisville; and a sister, Pina Lee Anderson of Louisville, KY. Eight grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral service was held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 at 12:00 noon at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Rev. Michael Caldwell officiating.
Burial was in the Bridgewater Cemetery.
Casket Bearers were: H.L. Anderson, Greg Caldwell, David Grant Bridgewaters, George Caldwell, Jr., Greg Myers, and Shawn Glover.
Honorary Casket Bearers were: James David Miller, Allen Curry, and Al Brady.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
