In a stand alone victory Chad Bell of Columbia won last week's basketball contest with 17 games correct, followed by the second and third place finishers who both had 16 games correct.
With 17 games correctly picked, Chad Bell will take home the first place prize of $25.00, a #1 cheeseburger combo meal from Sonic and a Subway breakfast omelet sandwich.
The race for the second game came down to Danny Goodin and Bob Bell, both of Columbia who had picked 16 games correct and pushed the contest into a tiebreaker.
In the tiebreaker game, Kentucky took on Vanderbilt at Rupp Arena in which they had little trouble putting away the Commodores by 13 points with a final score of 85 to 72.
Both Goodin and Bell picked the Cats to win, but it would be Goodin securing second place by giving Kentucky the win by seven points, while Bell gave them six.
As a result Goodin will take home the second place prize of a six-pack of Ski, Sonic combo meal and a Subway breakfast omelet sandwich, giving Bell the third place prize of a Sonic combo meal and a Subway breakfast omelet sandwich.
In the random drawing Ryan Cole of Campbellsville was selected as the winner of a Sonic combo meal.
