The LWC Blue Raiders Take on the UK Wildcats TONIGHT IN EXHIBITION at Rupp

The Lindsey Wilson College Blue Raiders men’s basketball team will travel to Rupp Arena tonight to take on the Kentucky Wildcats for an exhibition game. The game will mark the second time in three years the Blue Raiders will challenge an NCAA institution. Lindsey Wilson played the University of Louisville in 2004. "It's a game everyone can be excited about," Lindsey Wilson men's basketball coach Paul Peck said shortly after the news of the match-up was released. "I know the campus, along with entire Columbia community are buzzing. I know our guys are ecstatic about playing in Rupp." Since the news hit the community, local residents have clamored for tickets in hopes of watching the game live in Lexington. Tip-off time is 6 p.m. (CST), and if you aren’t lucky enough to have tickets, WKYT-TV (Lexington) will air the game live at 6 p.m. (CST) and WBKO will air the game delayed at 12:30 a.m. Watch next week’s Adair Progress for full coverage of the game!
